This project looks at a community in Cardiff through the chairs found in its public and working spaces. 

It was made as a 'strategies' project at University, the idea being to describe a community without seeing the actual people. So in a way, the chairs become the people. And their environment reveals something about the activities that go on there. I shot these in various public and shared spaces around the town: schools, businesses, churches, waiting rooms, pubs and hairdressers.
